This is an issue with how .org handles WHOIS information in comparison to .com and .net. The Registry for .org hosts the primary WHOIS information, and they do not update from us in real time. The current owner of a .org domain is welcome to ask us to update the Registry with the new contact information for a .org domain at any point.
